MANCHEGA SHEEP MILK PRODUCTS
Although nowadays are manufactured new products as cheese to spread, yogurt, cheese cured with rosemary fold and others. Everything following the traditional and handmade rules , at the same time new technologies are being introduced.
It is the softest cheese in our range, with a characteristic sheep’s milk flavour in the mouth. Soft and tender texture, ideal for daily consumption.
It is a cheese with a cure of 1 or 2 months.
Elaborated with sheep’s milk, aged with lard and rosemary leaves from La Mancha, all this gives it a cured flavor with the texture of a semi-cured. It offers an irresistible flavour with a rosemary aroma that makes it different and original.
BLACK PEPPER CHEESE
Pleasant aroma, resulting from the mixture of sheep’s milk and the lightly spicy tones of pepper. It is a cheese with a curing time of between 4 and 6 months, the perfect cure to appreciate the contribution of black pepper.
MANCHEGO CHEESE CREAM
A tasty cream made with a mixture of our three Manchego cheeses: semi-cured, cured and aged. With an ideal consistency for spreading.
Soft and tasty yogurt made with fresh pasteurized milk of Manchega sheep following a totally traditional and artisan process.
